Vicki Schweinler is a program director for the Flint Hills Adult Education Center located in Emporia, Kansas. Ms. Schweinler has been in PK-12 education for 30 years. During that time, she was a teacher, principal, and central office administrator with experience in leadership, curriculum alignment, and professional development.
In January 2023, Ms. Schweinler joined the Flint Hills Technical College as the program director for the adult education center. Although the adult education world is relatively new to her, Ms. Schweinler has worked on developing and strengthening partnerships with Emporia businesses and SEK KansasWorks.
