This is a collaborative group session geared towards those working in data entry, secretarial, or similar roles to share ideas and processes, and possibly even troubleshoot..
Participants should be prepared to share one process/procedure that you use at your program that is working well. Also, what is a software program that you use that you couldn't live without and why.
